London, 4th May 2018 – The RSA Group, a leading Life Sciences executive search firm announces that Alex Bennett has decided to move onto new challenges and will leave his post as CEO.  Executive Chairman, Nick Stephens will take over the running of the business.

During his time in charge, Alex has led significant transformation towards the firm’s objective of becoming a global alternative to the world’s leading executive search firms in the life sciences sector. The RSA Group has achieved this goal and is consistently executing C-suite retained executive search work directly in all major markets and continents.

Commenting on his time with The RSA Group, Alex said, “It has been an absolute pleasure to lead this group and work so closely with Executive Chairman Nick Stephens.  We’ve achieved so much in a relatively short period, with 2017, my first full year as CEO, seeing profit in all three regions is testimony to the hard work of everybody across the business. It hasn’t always been easy, but building something to be proud of never is, and I’ve loved every minute of the journey. My personal highlight is always knowing our hard work delivers the human capital to ensure great science and technology gets to the patients who need it most, leading to “better people” – our corporate strap line.”
