London, UK, 4th February 2020 – The RSA Group, a leading Life Sciences Executive Search firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of a new senior team member. Julia Daake joins the Company as Senior Consultant.

In her new role Julia Daake will be based in Germany driving business growth in Europe. A Senior Consultant with over 13 years of experience in Switzerland, Shanghai and Germany, Julia’s extensive skill as a pharmaceutical consultant will be invaluable to The RSA Group.

Before joining RSA, Julia enjoyed a long stint at Real Staffing Group as Principal Recruitment Consultant specialising in pharmacovigilance / drug safety where she was promoted to Associate Business Partner based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Julia is strategically driven and dedicated to ensuring clients receive the best possible service by listening attentively and developing a deep understanding of client’s business and requirements.
