London, UK, 6th January 2020 – The RSA Group, a leading Life Sciences Executive Search firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of two new staff members. Christian Simon joins the Company as Head of Talent Acquisition, while Daniel Cox joins as a Senior Researcher.

In his new role, Christian Simon will focus on maximising the quality of project delivery through optimising processes and coordination of research. A senior consultant and Talent Acquisition Director with over 13 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, Christian has specialist experience in the recruitment of drug safety and pharmacovigilance personnel across all levels, including physicians and scientists. Christian believes in working with integrity and honesty and enjoys building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

As a researcher for RSA, Daniel Cox will be responsible for providing research support for senior positions within life sciences, working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries as well as start-ups and research institutes. Prior to joining RSA, Daniel worked at Carmichael Fisher Executive Search as an EMEA Life Science Associate, operating on a local and global level. Daniel holds a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, upon completion of which he went on to become a Research Scholar situated in the department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics in an academic laboratory.
