London, UK, 6th February 2020 – The RSA Group, a leading Life Sciences Executive Search firm, is delighted to announce the appointment Neda Maas as Senior Consultant, and Alina Dulija as Senior Researcher.

Neda Maas will be based in Germany, working closely with The RSA Group’s global interim team servicing the growing demand for Executive Interims within the Life Science Industry. Neda has a wide breadth of experience within recruitment and executive search, working for Hays, Michael Page and Gulp as the interim provider for Merck. This breadth of exposure and her ability to build and maintain strong relationships has provided Neda with a vast and strong network of top-level candidates.

In her new role, Alina will support The RSA Group’s consultants on a global scale. Previously, she worked as a Research Associate at RSVP Group, specialising in Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Medical Devices and Contract Research Services. She then went on to work as a consultant at Fyte before joining the team at RSA. Alina is a talented linguist, accomplished in English, German, Latvian and Russian. Her extensive knowledge of language and culture, coupled with a deep understanding of the Life Science Industry, will bring unique and valuable insights to RSA and it’s growing number of global clients.
