Sandy Chadwick joined The RSA Group in May 2019 and is part of our Executive Leadership Team, leading our Global Marketing and Internal Communications and Events. With over 20 years’ experience across the business spectrum, Sandy adds thorough strategic thinking and guidance to our brand and communications.
Sandy began her career in advertising and soon discovered a passion for bringing brands to life through events and sponsorships when she was head hunted to join the Brand Marketing team at Heineken. Sandy then joined a sports marketing agency and went on to grow and manage what was then the largest sports marketing client team in the UK. As well as negotiating sports contracts, coordinating TV advertising and developing marketing strategies, Sandy was lucky enough to work with some truly inspiring and talented athletes.
After having a taste of working in Asia in 2003, Sandy returned to Singapore in 2012, reporting to the CEO of a global education conglomerate where she advised across various business units including HR to help drive a stronger employer brand and recruitment strategy in order to meet some aggressive year end hiring targets.
Sandy then spent several years in Indonesia working as a business consultant which included setting up and running two international schools before returning to the UK.
With such a wide range of skills and experience across the whole business spectrum, Sandy provides a fresh and visionary sounding board across our business.
