RSA’s Evy Young wins IRP Interim Consultant of the Year
A is delighted to announce that Evy Young, Principal Consultant, RSA Interims, was awarded IMA Interim Consultant of the Year at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) glamorous awards ceremony in central London last night.
Now in their fourth year, the awards are part of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) Institute of Recruitment Professionals and are designed to celebrate excellence, best practice and achievement in recruitment. Evy was chosen by a panel of judges, consisting of representatives from the REC, IRP and other respected industry leaders.
In awarding Evy, the judges recognised her dedication in getting to know each and every individual Interim Manager and how, even under extreme circumstances, she ensured that the right candidate was introduced into the right project or position. The panel was particularly impressed by Evy’s commitment to each client by never trying to sell them a candidate who was not 100% right for the job, as well as her impressive track record of placing candidates within two to five days. Her professionalism, instinctive understanding of the personalities she deals with and integrity, has ensured her success year on year.
“I am absolutely thrilled to have been given this award,” commented Evy on her win. “I was up against some exceptional talent from within the Interims sector, all of whom would be worthy winners. I want to take this opportunity to thank the team at RSA for their continued support and trust in my professional qualities and I look forward to building further relationships with both candidates and clients.”
Evy joined RSA Interims in 2002 and has extensive international experience in the placement of Interim Executives. She successfully set up the RSA Interims division in both Germany and Switzerland and regularly works on assignments across Europe.
