The RSA Group appoints Shawn O’Connor as Partner in New Jersey

The RSA Group, a leading Life Sciences executive search firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn O’Connor as Partner. This appointment furthers The RSA Group’s continuing commitment to expansion in North America.

For over 10 years Shawn has led his own executive search firm, working exclusively in the life sciences. He brings to the RSA team a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics and medical devices in every specialism from R&D to sales and marketing. Prior to this, Shawn spent 18 years as Vice President, Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson. He was also instrumental in establishing The RSA Group’s initial presence in the US over 10 years ago.
