RSA, the world’s largest boutique exec talent firm for the Life Sciences industry, today announced the appointment of two new consultants to the UK Executive Search team.

Agata Grzeszczuk brings 10 years’ experience in executive search consultancy gained in a variety of sectors. Prior to joining RSA, Grzeszczuk started her career in Life Sciences recruitment in a global executive search company in London, where she worked on both international and global assignments focusing on expert, senior managerial and director level roles.

After three years, Grzeszczuk joined a global Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisation in Poland as a Talent Acquisition Manager. While there she set up and led an internal recruitment service function, which focused on senior managerial and director level roles. In 2012 she moved to London and specialised in Life Sciences. Grzeszczuk will join RSA a Consultant in the UK Executive Search team.

Andy Theodorou has over 14 years’ executive search experience in the Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences sector underpinned by a strong academic background.

On completing his PhD at King’s College, University of London, Theodorou first pursued an academic career, combining lecturing in Pharmacology at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, and leading research teams engaged in neuropharmacology research projects funded by the Wellcome Trust and the pharmaceutical industry.

Since his transition to executive search in 2000, Theodorou has held senior roles at Whitehead Mann, a tier 1 executive search firm, and at Alexander Mann Solutions, where he led the Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Practice. Theodorou has advised clients on the appointment of senior level professionals across most functions, from Discovery Research to Clinical Development, Commercial and General Management. At RSA he will continue to work across several areas, with a particular focus on R&D, Medical, Market Access and Commercial.

Theodorou will join RSA as a Senior Consultant in the UK Executive Search team.
