A modern and holistic CEO needs to be more of a programme and project person, than a subject matter expert. As such, she or he has to possess an array of core behavioural traits to be an effective leader.
In this report, we take a broader look at talent as it applies to organisational leadership, and to examine key skills identified by a number of life sciences organisations as being mission critical.
