RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Executive Interims specialist, today announced the appointment of a talented consultant to its already strong teams in the DACH region.

Ji Kwon, Associate Consultant

Ji Kwon joined RSA in March 2015. She is also based in the Frankfurt offices, where she is helping with the support and handling of both new and ongoing projects.

Prior to joining RSA, Ji was employed by a global executive search firm in Frankfurt, where she worked on numerous searches within Life Sciences. In addition to this role, she has worked for a Korean boutique agency with a focus on finding roles in consumer electronics and the automotive industry.

Ji Kwon holds degrees in German studies and Cultural Anthropology, and is fluent in German, English and Korean.

New roles highlight growth in DACH region

“We had a very strong year last year, and this one is starting well, with a large multi-assignment contract already won. This has allowed us to grow in specific areas,” said Kristian Juergensen, Head of DACH and Managing Director, RSA Germany.

“With Ji joining us, I’m confident that we now have our strongest team in the DACH region since we founded the German affiliate,” he concluded.
