RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Interim Management specialist, has announced the appointment of a Senior Consultant for healthcare recruitment in the DACH region.

Antje Blume-Grabow will focus on advising Hospitals and Research Institutes in recruiting their Senior Clinical and Executive staff.

Her appointment reflects the next step in the expansion of RSA in DACH, as Kristian Juergensen, Head of DACH and Managing Director, RSA Germany explained: “RSA has a strong reputation for executive recruitment in the product sectors of Life Sciences. As the boundaries between product companies, healthcare researchers and healthcare providers are removed across Germany and Switzerland, we are able to provide valuable advice across several key areas, including Hospitals, Academia and Research Institutes.”

He concluded: “This appointment enables us to move rapidly into the expanding executive level talent market across Life Sciences & Healthcare in DACH.”

Prior to joining RSA, Mrs Blume-Grabow gained seven years of experience at a major quoted recruitment business based in Frankfurt. “I specialised in the healthcare recruitment for the German hospital market, primarily for Chief and Senior Physicians as well as higher level management roles,” she said.

Before embarking on her career as an executive recruiter, Mrs Blume-Grabow studied law, economy and social sciences. She also holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Erfurt, Germany.
