RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Executive Interims specialist, today announced the appointment of a new Senior Consultant to the Executive Interims team.

Kris Richards will be responsible for delivering executive level interim services to both existing and new clients. Her appointment reflects the continuing expansion of RSA’s Interim service into international markets.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry and Food Science, Richards initially focussed on food research and new product development, before progressing into a technical commercial role within the outsourced contract development industry.

For the past 16 years, Richards has specialised in recruiting for the Life Sciences sectors, supporting UK and Western European based organisations attract and retain top talent on a temporary, permanent and interim basis. In this time she built and led teams for two prominent UK-based recruiting organisations, before deciding to focus on executive level interim management.

“Kris brings with her expert knowledge in life sciences contract recruiting, and her know-how will be an asset to the interims team as our service offering grows,” said Dafydd Wright, RSA Director of Interims.
