Placement | Biocon Biologics appoints Dwight Hanshew as Chief Quality Officer
The RSA Group, a leading life sciences executive search firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Dwight Hanshew as Chief Quality Officer at Biocon Biologics – an innovation-led and fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that develops affordable biosimilars, generic formulations and complex Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). We are pleased that Dwight has settled into his new position in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, which began on 25th March 2024.
Dwight has significant experience working with all the major regulatory authorities, as well as considerable understanding of the ecosystem in India. He has an impressive track record of quality management and a hands-on approach to dealing with quality processes.
In his new role as Chief Quality Officer, Dwight will be managing the company’s quality function, leading the Biocon Biologics team in achieving excellence in quality. Dwight will be accountable for directing inspections to ensure the company’s operations and vendors are compliant with relevant regulations and standards. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Dwight will work closely with all business functions to ensure effective contribution to the company’s ambitions.
