Phil Tomlinson and Prad Mistry join The RSA Group’s Interims Service as Business Development Directors
London, UK, 30th August 2019 – The RSA Group, a leading Life Sciences executive search firm, announced today that Phil Tomlinson and Prad Mistry joined the company this month as Business Development Directors within RSA Interims.
Phil Tomlinson has over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and biotech industries, and joins The RSA Group from Kneeton Business Consultants. Prior to that he worked at Ashfield Commercial and Medical Services and Janssen-Cilag. Over this time, he has built an in depth understanding and experience of building successful sales teams, developing commercial solutions and supporting organisations at all stages, throughout set-up, launch and sales optimisation. Phil has a focused and efficient approach to achieving success and is passionate about delivering high quality service.
Prad Mistry is a highly successful Business Developer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, with over 26 years’ experience across UK, EU, USA and Asia. He has a wealth of experience in joint decision making at client board level, an excellent track record of sales success and the ability to motivate delivery teams towards company and client goals. He joins The RSA Group from Ashfield following 22 years’ work with the company, establishing the Company’s US operations during this time.
Phil and Prad now provide Executive Interims to healthcare & pharmaceutical clients across all commercial functions including general management, regulatory, operations, medical, marketing & brand/product managers.
