In her new role, Laura will work across a range of sectors in both search delivery and client management. Bringing an extra level to The RSA Group’s Human Capital Advisory Services, she will provide search expertise, market insight, advice and coaching to clients and candidates.

 

Laura brings over 18 years of global experience, having worked across the USA, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions and within a variety of industry sectors including Life Sciences, Finance Resources and HR. She has a talent not only for matching the individual’s capabilities to the present needs of the client, but also making sure that there is a true cultural fit.
