The RSA Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Jo Pisani to its Board. Jo brings significant experience in advising boards with expertise in the development and execution of growth strategies, M&A, securing funding and developing innovative partnerships. Jo has led an extensive industry career in manufacturing, IT, strategy and commercial.

From 2008 to 2019, Jo was a partner with PwC Strategy leading the UK Pharma and Lifesciences sector, a 500-person business focused on supporting clients with strategic planning, M&A, consulting, tax and audit. She was a member of the executive committee for EMEA life sciences and global account teams, and human resources partner for strategy responsible for recruitment and talent management of 240 people.

While at PwC, Jo built the pharma consulting practice over a 10-year period, leading the successful integration of Booz & Co into PwC as well as creating growth for numerous pharma, biotech, investors and academic institutions.
