Our client:

A Japanese pharmaceutical company set up in the UK, looking to register products first in the UK and then throughout Europe.

The challenge:

The RSA Group was asked to source a UK General Manager who had the experience and expertise to lead the company through the first product registration in the UK. However, the company was not big enough to attract an experienced, permanent individual.

How our approach made a difference:

The consultants found a former Medical Director with considerable experience in major multinational pharmaceutical companies. He was offered an initial one-year interim management assignment as UK General Manager. The company achieved smooth and early registration of its first product in the UK. The interim director made a major contribution to the organisation, processes and structure of the UK company.
