The challenge:

The RSA Group was asked to find an interim Qualified Person to manage the Company’s pharmacovigilance activities. The previous position holder had resigned, and the client recognised that a permanent replacement would take several months to recruit. An interim was needed to step in and fill the duties of this vital role immediately.

 

 

How our approach made a difference:

We were able to produce a shortlist of candidates within a day of receiving the brief and meetings with candidates were arranged for the same week. This meant that an interim QP was selected in a short timeframe, with a handover period prior to the incumbent completing their contractual notice period.
