The Hevolution Foundation is a pioneering new organisation and the first global non-profit foundation to support age-related therapeutic breakthroughs. With an annual commitment of $1 billion, they are dedicated to funding global scientific discovery and investing in private companies and entrepreneurs “catalyzing the shift from lifespan to healthspan.”

 

The challenge:

To launch and lead their venture capital fund, The Hevolution Foundation required a Chief Investment Officer and a team around that CIO. They sought an established and respected investor, capable of creating & overseeing all facets of the foundation’s investment strategy, planning, analysis, and execution.

 

How our approach made a difference:

RSA placed Bill Greene, a distinguished figure in the life sciences sector, bringing a wealth of experience as a company founder, operating executive, investor, and clinician. He recently served as CEO of both Fountain Therapeutics and Iconic Therapeutics, previously as Managing Director at MPM Capital and as Founding Chairman of the Board and Chair of the Investment Committee at the Global Health Investment Fund. Subsequently, we successfully expanded the investment team by bringing in Partners and Principals, as well as others in the Senior Leadership Team.
